Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Shop with us is easy and enjoyable! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorites on our website.

Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the quantities, sizes, etc. and add the item to your cart.
When your purchase is complete and you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
If you are a registered user, log in using your e-mail address and password for the checkout. If you are a new customer on our website, create an account and check out. For a faster checkout experience, we also offer the option of payment without creating an account.
Fill in all required information on the shipping and billing pages.
Check your order before submitting to verify that all information is correct.
Submit the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

Q2: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and JCB. You will be asked to enter the details of your card as part of the order process if you pay for your order with credit and you will find further instructions when processing your first order.

Q3: Why was my payment refused?
A: The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same on your credit card. A simple typing error may also result in the transaction being refused, including the wrong credit card number, country, expiration date, or incorrect CVN code (the security number on the back of your card). If this happens, try again with the correct billing address.
If your credit card is still not accepted, there are some suggestions:

Make sure your credit card is still not exceeded
Make sure your credit card has not expired
Make sure you have typed the name correctly on the front of the card
Wait a day and try again
Try a different credit card

Q4: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Check your order status follows the paths:

    By email. You must enter an e-mail address when paying; You will receive emails at your address to keep you informed of the status of your order.
